Yes, she is wearing a swim suit. She and Will have a game they play called Ocean. Typically they strip down to their underwear/diapers and "swim" around. Lately, she has been putting on her swim suits and playing. The ocean seems to be down in the basement. They take off all the couch cushions and kind of "dive" into the "ocean." There is also an ocean upstairs between the couch and ottoman, and also at my mom and dad's house between their couch and ottoman. I think the ottomans serve as some sort of boat or island. Anyway, they both love this game!
