Hand Update

We have had 2 more visits to the pediatrician regarding his hand.
She believes it was a second degree burn on the ring finger.
We were prescribed a burn medication. He screamed and cried when she touched it. Since that visit, he has proceeded to cry and whine when we clean it. Sad for him, but good news for us and the likelihood of nerve damage. She thinks perhaps the nerves were just out of whack for a while.
On our Friday visit, we were able to leave the pinkie finger unwrapped.
I also got the clearance to just keep the ring finger medicated and bandaged instead of the big hand wrap.
We go back in 2 weeks, but she thinks it is going to heal well. I appreciate every one's concern!
