Earlier in the month, Governor Quinn visited Bunker Hill.
Bunker Hill has recently had a cell phone tower built.
Andy worked hard to obtain adequate cell phone coverage during his time as Bunker Hill mayor, as well as in his present position as Macoupin County Board Chairman.
Andy works tirelessly for his community.
I'm so proud! In the top picture from left to right: Rep. Betsy Hanning, Andy, Senator Deanna Demuzio, Governor Quinn, BH Mayor Chapman, and BH Chamber President Johnessee. Andy's dad was there. He got the opportunity to meet our Governor. I just wish I could have gotten a better picture. I had Abbie asleep in my arms, Ben and Will in front of me in the double stroller, and I was nursing a bee sting on my finger. Only the second time I have been stung....grr!
