This year we had the luxury of staying home Christmas Eve night.
Generally, we alternate Christmas Eve and Christmas with my parents and Andy's parents.
This year would have been Christmas Eve at my parents, but due to Abbie's program and the scheduling of Christmas with my mom's side of the family, we had to change plans.
Instead, Papaw and Memaw got to come spend the night with us after Abbie's program.
That means they were with us for the Christmas morning chaos.
Ben hung out on the couch with Papaw & Memaw.
He was content just watching.
Abbie & Will did a good job of helping him open his gifts, and I say this with sincerity.
They really did take the time to rip the paper for him and encourage him to tear it, or open his gifts in front of him so he could see what he got. It's moments like these that melt my heart!
