Five years ago, on November 20th, Andy & I were married.
Never would I have believed our family would already be this big and full of love.
This year our anniversary fell on a Friday. Andy left work early, came home, and ordered me out of the house.
I went for a hair cut and color and came home to a dinner prepared by Andy and the kids.
They went all out. They strung lights in the dining room.
They set the table and even used our china.
The made place cards and an adorable menu.
And may I point out, yes there is a misspelling on the menu.
Somehow Marinara became Marina, but seriously he was doing this all with THREE kids.
There were mums, roses, and candles.
And it was all done in our wedding colors....shades of orange, red, purple, and yellow.
For dessert the kids made the cutest cupcake brownies decorated in red, orange, and purple sprinkles.
The kids were so proud of themselves.
They seated me and helped bring me my "courses."
I don't know what I did to deserve such a thoughtful, creative, romantic, and kind husband...but I think I'll keep him.
It was such a nice, special evening. And even more special to share our love for each other with Abbie, Will, and Ben!
