"Talking" all the time now!
So, let's start with Ben's 2 month check up. We went on June 30. Abbie also had her 4 year check up, and Will convinced Dr. Kathie to check him out too!
Ben was 12 lbs 11 0z, the 75th percentile. He was 22 1/2 inches, the 25th percentile. His head circumference was 40.5, the 50-75th percentile. Just for fun and for record purposes, let's compare what Abbie & Will were at their 2 month appointments.
Abbie at 2 months: 10 lbs 15 oz, 22.25 inches, head 40.5 cm.
Will at 2 months: 13 lbs, 22.75 inches, head 40.5 cm.
I know you all are probably not interested in the head circumference, but it must be included. Our children have always had big heads, which we lovingly call a "Manar head," as Manar heads tend to be on the bigger side. So, moral of the story is Ben's head has suddenly taken a big growth. Just for comparison, at his one month it was 37 cm, which was the 25th percentile. That's 3.5 centimeters in a month folks!
Here are Abbie's 4 year stats: Abbie was a whopping 31 pounds, the 25th percentile. She was 38 inches, the 10th percentile.
Will weighed in at 32 pounds. He did not get measured, but he can't be less than 2 inches shorter than Abbie!
So after a 2 hour visit with all 3 of my lovely children, 3 shots, 1 pee in a cup, 1 bottle feed, 2 diaper changes, several brother/sister quarrels, and multiple times telling Will not to touch things, we survived the appointment! AMEN!

Aw, Abbie is such a tiny little thing! Hard to believe her brother weighs more than her, and he's younger. Interesting that they all had the same head circumference at the same age. That is a lot for Ben to grow in a month -- I wonder if he gets headaches?
Yay for a blog update, your kiddos always make me smile!! My little godson is quite adorable...can't wait to see them all this weekend!!!!! I'm sure he just didn't want to be left out on the whole "manar head" thing : )
