My Belly

Abbie has been looking at the ultrasound picture. I showed her the tiny blip that is the baby.
She immediately wanted to know why the baby didn't have a face. I had to explain that the baby is too little for us to see a face yet. She was curious about all the "stuff" in the picture.
I was explaining to her that it was a picture of my belly and the "home" in my belly where the baby stays until he/she is big enough to come out. She looked at the black and white pic, and asked why my belly was gray? She told me my belly should be pink with sparkles on it. Then she asked to see my belly to make sure it wasn't gray. Not sure about the pink, sparkly belly. Who knows?
